Whether you are trying to beat your max on the bench or showing how long you can hold that plank, we have Fitness Competitions ready for you to prove your skills, even if you are not reaching for the top; our Competitions are a great way to gauge your progress!
Winners in each category will win an exclusive Campus Recreation Fitness Champion shirt and often giveaways just for competing. No sign-up is necessary; join us in the Recreation Center Weight Room on Main Campus or the Downtown Fitness Center during the competition time and join in!
