De-stress During Finals Season

Unwind Before the Grind is a series of events designed to help students find time to relax and learn strategies for relieving stress before finals. The events, which run throughout April, include meditation, therapy dog sessions, group exercise, aromatherapy, creative projects, snacks, and giveaways.
