Adult Group Swim Lessons
Whether you want to learn to swim, exercise, or have fun, you will find something that meets your needs. We have experienced instructors who use the American Red Cross Learn-To-Swim program.
Our friendly, experienced instructors will provide adults with guided instruction on various strokes to improve proficiency, comfort, and aquatic independence while giving positive reinforcement.
American Red Cross-certified lifeguards are always on duty during lessons. On the first day of lessons, the swim instructor assesses each student to ensure they are in the appropriate class. All classes occur in the Leisure Pool at the Recreation Wellness Center.
Upcoming Adult Group Lessons
At this time, we will only be offering our "Learning the Basics (Beginner)" Lessons. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please check your email for the program confirmation containing additional information for your lesson upon successful registration.
