Course Participant Minimums
Classes with fewer than four participants will be canceled on the “Registration Deadline” date. If the class is canceled, the participant will receive a full refund.
Refunds or transfers to other classes are not allowed when the course is less than 48 business hours in advance for most courses (instructor-level courses or other courses that require online prerequisites will require a full week's notice). Once a course has started, we cannot offer refunds (this includes students failing an online or in-person prerequisite). Cancellations and transfers made 48 business hours in advance will result in a $20 administrative fee. Refunds are not given when participants fail prerequisite testing or have started prerequisites.
