Refund Policy
Refunds or transfers to other classes are not allowed when the course is less than 48 business hours in advance for most courses (instructor-level courses or other courses that require online prerequisites will require a whole week's notice). We cannot offer refunds once a course has started (including students failing online or in-person prerequisite requirements). Cancellations and transfers made 48 business hours in advance will result in a $20 administrative fee. Refunds are not given when participants fail prerequisite testing or have started prerequisites.
Parking Information
All vehicles must register their vehicle with Parking Services and properly display the permit while the vehicle is parked on campus. If you do not have a permit, the closest pay-to-park garage is the Ximenes Garage. It takes debit or credit, and it will cost $2/hr. Learn more about parking or call (210) 458-7275.
