|Join your favorite Personal Trainers and Instructors as they bring you amazing workouts that you can perform from the convenience at home with very little or no equipment at all. No experience necessary, you can tailor these sessions to your needs and skill level.|
LIVE GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
Get moving at home with our signature group fitness classes from some of your favorite Fitness instructors on Zoom! To join our live group exercise classes, you must sign-in using a Zoom account connected to either a @utsa.edu or @my.utsa.edu e-mail address.

It’s not all in your head—you can practice mindfulness by sitting down for a formal meditation practice, or by being more intentional and aware of the things you do each day.
