How do I cancel/reschedule a personal training session?
In order to cancel/reschedule a personal training session, you need to contact your personal trainer directly. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise that session is forfeited.
What is the refund policy for cancelation?
Refunds are only granted where there is a documented medical condition that precludes completion of the personal training program. If a refund is warranted, it is pro-rated based upon the number of sessions completed up to that point, and it will include a $15 processing fee. Refunds of less than $15 will not be granted.
How much do Body Composition Assessments cost?
Campus Rec provides FREE body composition (fat percentage) testing every Tuesday & Thursday from 5:30pm - 7:30pm in the Core Area (second floor of the Rec Center).
What will a Fitness Assessment measure?
- Girth measurements - measurements include chest, waist, hips, thighs, arms and calves. Girth measurements are a great way to view weight loss and muscle gain.
- Flexibility - the sit and reach method is used to measure flexibility. Flexibility is an important part of daily living so individuals can perform tasks through the full range of motion.
- Muscular Endurance - the push-up and sit-up tests are used to measure muscular endurance. Muscular endurance is needed to perform daily tasks comfortably without muscle fatigue.
