Participants will be performing the same exercises as the Rowdy Fit Competition with the following Rules:
· Medicine ball wall shots, tire flips and 250m Rower will be completed together as a team.
· Kettle bell snatch and Box Jumps will be completed by ONE member of the team.
· All events are time and must be completed in the same day.
· A Fitness Staff member will record the time accumulated for each activity for each team.
· The winner team will have the lowest total time.
**Members of each team will only be allowed to continue to the next event, after their teammate has completed the previous event and by using a high-five transition.
At the end of the competition, the Fitness Coordinator will tally results and determine the winner
All exercises will be timed and totaled at the end to determine the team with the fastest overall time. Winners will have the top time in the following categories:
