You can get a baselne of where you're at with a Fitness Assessment, hire on the expertise of a nationally certified personal trainer with our Personal Training or Checkpoint Training or join in on one of our goal-oriented programs such as Women on Weights or Boot Camp. We offer two FREE Fitness Assessments a semester to help you learn exactly where your fitness level is at. We include body composition, blood pressure/heart rate, strength testing and even a V02 test on request. Assessments are in-person only. |

Our nationally certified trainers will meet with you 1-on-1 for a virtual consultation where they will provide you expert advice on how to get the most of your workout. Consultations are 15 minutes long, conducted over Zoom, and are tailored to what you want to talk about! |
