Interested in having your own personal trainer? Whether you are new to the gym, prepping for a marathon, or wanting to step up your current workout regime, our trainers can help!
Our Personal Training program offers access to certified trainers who can help design an exercise program just for you. By teaching you how to properly perform resistance and cardio exercises, our trainers will keep you motivated and focused on reaching your goals!

Or, you can visit our Membership Services Desk to fill out paperwork and pay for your personal training package of choice. If you want to Share-A-Trainer or Small Group Training, then all members must register and pay at the same time.
Within one week of registering, you will be contacted to set up your first session.
All packages come with a free fitness assessment. Only UTSA Campus Rec members are allowed to register for personal training sessions.
Packages can be 30 or 60 minute individual training sessions. Your Personal Trainer will design a custom comprehensive exercise program specifically for your fitness needs and goals.
