A limited budget doesn't have to be a roadblock to a healthy diet. In this session you’ll learn how to stretch your food dollar through careful planning and smart shopping. We’ll take a virtual tour of the grocery store, pointing out foods that offer the best nutrition “bang for the buck” along the way. We’ll review basic couponing and bargain hunting techniques as well as some quick, low-cost, nutritious meal ideas in this informative session.
Look further into your food intake and lifestyle habits by taking advantage of this FREE Campus Rec program. With access to a one-on-one consultation with our Registered Dietitain, you will have the chance to address your nutrition-related questions, assess your nutritional goals and review eating strategies that are specific to your needs and interests.
