In this session you’ll learn about the labeling guidelines for “organic” and “natural” foods. You’ll also learn exactly what organic foods are and exactly what they're not! We’ll cover the potential benefits choosing organic foods and perhaps most importantly, you will learn to spend your money wisely, and find out which organic foods may actually offer the most benefit, and others that may simply be a waste of money.
Look further into your food intake and lifestyle habits by taking advantage of this FREE Campus Rec program. With access to a one-on-one consultation with our Registered Dietitain, you will have the chance to address your nutrition-related questions, assess your nutritional goals and review eating strategies that are specific to your needs and interests.
