The 1 Mile Run is a one day fitness competition to see which participant(s) can run 1 mile (consecutively) with the fastest time.
Participants will have one minute to warm up, and then a Fitness Staff member will start the clock! The participant will run on a treadmill at a 2.0 incline and can adjust the speed as necessary. If the participant gets off of the treadmill for rest or water before the mile is up, he/she will be disqualified.
The winner(s) will be determined at the end of the competition based on the fastest time(s) recorded.
